Discover the properties and characteristics of cheeses, and in particular DOP cheeses, with the course “The world of cheeses – Sensory analysis and guided tasting” organized a Perugia da Tertiary Innovation Process, training agency of Confcommercio Umbria.
The course, which takes place in person and lasts 16 hours, is FREE for workers, members and owners of companies registered in the registerBilateral Tertiary Body of Umbria.
The lessons will be held by Antonio Andreani, leading professor of the University of Flavors, a true expert in the sector and high-level trainer throughout Italy.
