The project “In.Forma. Human Capital", funded by ANPAL, based on the Notice "PON SPAO: public notice for the identification of implementing subjects for the implementation of specialist training interventions intended for the delegates/operators of the social partners in the field of social dialogue" of 09/05/2018, was proposed by 15 Partners in the relationship of Temporary Association of Purpose (ATS), of which the company INNOVAZIONE TERZIARIO SOC. CONS. A RL acted as lead and agent.
The project aims to increase the professional skills and abilities of the delegates/operators of the Confcommercio of the national territory for better integration and collaboration with the various institutional levels and public services. The training activities carried out were agreed with the territories and the result of an analysis of the needs carried out at the local level in order to identify the skills to be acquired and the type of courses to be carried out.
