The course for real estate agents, which has a duration of 100 hours, is preparatory and preparatory to take the exam at the Chamber of Commerce. It is organized by Iter Innovazione Terziario, the training agency of Confcommercio Umbria which has over twenty years of experience in the sector.
It will be divided into 2/3 lessons weekly 3/4 hours from Monday to Thursday from 14.30-17.30/18.00.
It will take place for 50% of the hours IN PRESENCE at the PERUGIA office of Tertiary Innovation, Via Fontivegge 55 (near the station) and for the remaining 50% in SYNCHRONOUS DISTANCE LEARNING (online).
For the distance learning part the access link will be sent to the Teams platform in advance of the start.
The course is limited in number and will be activated when the minimum number of participants is reached.
High school diploma or equivalent (in accordance with the legislation relating to Business Agents in Mediation L.39 / 89 and subsequent) or possession of a three-year professional qualification.
Non-EU citizens must have a valid residence permit. For foreign citizens, a good knowledge of the Italian language is required.

Deposit: € 350,00 upon registration
