Course: Feeling good at work, and avoiding musculoskeletal problems

Tertiary Innovation Process, training agency of Confcommercio Umbria, organizes the course “Feel good at work”, a practical course to prevent musculoskeletal problems resulting from incorrect postures in the workplace, in collaboration with the Medical Center – Rehabilitation – Biomechanics MB Therapy. 

The course, which takes place in presence in Perugia, is FREE for workers, members and owners of companies registered with theBilateral tertiary body of Umbria.

Musculoskeletal problems, according to INAIL data, are the leading cause of accidents at work, with absence due to illness lasting up to several weeks.

For this reason, both the company and the worker should know strategies and techniques to increase the level of health and psycho-physical well-being.
The course will have a very practical imprint, taking into consideration various types of work and movements, and will provide many useful tips especially on the so-called "spinal hygiene".

Employees in particular will be able to increase their postural and motor skills within the workplace, with a consequent reduction in professional risks.

At the same time, companies can increase the level of attention towards their employees, consequently reducing the number of problems and absenteeism at work.
